HQ review note (2026-05-14): I added the required PR metadata and opened #130 as the release-gate follow-up. This PR should remain draft/not merge-ready until #130 is accepted or the prompt text is narrowed so it cannot be read as approval for public-network readiness, token launch/tokenomics, open validators, formal audited crypto, production bridge behavior, or real-funds bridge operation. Green CI is not sufficient for merge on this scope. |
